Sydney Tattoo Expo in the running for Best Tattoo Expo at The Expo Awards 2027

Sydney Tattoo Expo has entered Best Tattoo Expo in USA East & Canada. Every award is decided by public vote.

USA EAST & CANADA, Saturday 26 September 2026. Sydney Tattoo Expo has entered Best Tattoo Expo in USA East & Canada at The Expo Awards 2027. The community vote runs from 1 October 2026, closes with entries by region, and names three to five finalists in each category, from votes confirmed one by one by email.

Finalists are announced four weeks before the night. The winner is named on stage at The Expys city night for your region, filmed and streamed, in the room or not. Every country winner goes forward to the Expys Global in Las Vegas in December 2027, where the Global Icon Award winners become EXPY Icons.

How the finalists are chosen

The community votes first. One vote per person, confirmed by email, from the people who have seen the work: visitors, exhibitors, suppliers and colleagues. The vote finds the finalists in each award and region, and the finalist with the most counted votes wins. Every vote is checked and the count is independently certified. The entry fee pays for the entrant’s page; it never buys a vote, a finalist place or the result, and sponsors never vote.
