Ticket terms

1. 01Reserve your seat now. We email you when tickets release. A reservation holds your seats and costs nothing today. When tickets for your night release we email you a link to pay, and your seats stay held for you while you do. Change your mind before then and nothing is owed: reply to your reservation email and we release the seats.
2. 02Every ticket sold before the venue is announced is a Founding ticket. No venue is booked yet. The venue is announced by 31 January 2027, by email to every ticket holder and on this site.
3. 03Full refund, no questions, if a night’s date changes, if the venue isn’t right for you, or in the event a night is cancelled. For the venue, tell us within 14 days of the venue announcement, by replying to your receipt or emailing hello@expys.org.
4. 04The Executive Awards nights, The Expys Middle East and the Global Final have a headline performance. No act is booked yet. The act is announced by 31 March 2027, by email to every ticket holder for those nights and on this site. Full refund if it is not announced by then, or if the act isn’t right for you: tell us within 14 days of the announcement. A VIP seat’s meet-and-greet is with that act.
5. 05A refund goes back to the card you paid with, the whole amount you paid, deposit included.
6. 06An add-on bought after a ticket (Top Shelf, the stay, a transfer, the golf day, wine & dine, the Press Party, the after-party) is refunded with the ticket it was added to. The final bar list, the hotel, the car and the course are set with the venue. The Press Party gives you time with the press in the room and your own interview, edited and sent to you; no coverage is promised.
7. 07A Table of 10 can be held with a 25% deposit. The balance is charged to the same card 60 days before the night, with an invoice and a receipt. If the card is declined, you are emailed a link to pay the balance another way.
8. 08Prices are per ticket, in the currency shown for the city. A Table of 10 is one price for ten seats.
9. 09Outside these terms, you keep every right the consumer law of your country gives you. Nothing here takes one away.
