Who is The Entrepreneur Awards for?

Founders and owners. The person whose name is on the lease, who carries the payroll and who cannot be sacked by anybody else. One entry puts your business in its industry at its own size; you may add a journey category and a business category alongside it.

The Entrepreneur Awards or The Executive Awards?

If you can be sacked by someone who is not you, you belong in the Executive Awards.

What does it cost to enter?

US$99 per category, one-time. Your industry at your band, plus one journey category and one business category if they are honestly yours. Up to three entries, each at US$99. Nominating someone is free. It is 100% refundable if your application isn’t approved.

When do entries open and close?

Entries open 1 October 2026 and close 30 April 2027. Before they open, you can sign in and build your whole entry; it is saved to your account, and you pay and go live from 1 October 2026.

When does voting close?

Sunday 23 May 2027, for every country. The vote opens Monday 3 May 2027, finalists are announced 25 May 2027, and the nights start with Melbourne on Thursday 17 June 2027.

How is a winner chosen?

By public vote. One verified vote per person, per category. The vote names three to five finalists on 25 May 2027, and the finalist with the most counted votes wins, revealed live on stage at your country’s night and online the same moment. Sponsors never vote, and US$99 pays for your page, never the result.

Do I have to be there to win?

No. Voting happens online, and the vote decides. Every country’s winners are revealed live on stage at that country’s night, and online the same moment, whether or not the winner is in the room. Finalists are invited to attend. A winner who cannot be there is revealed online the same night, with the digital trophy, the Winner badge, the press release and a film of the award being presented on stage in their name, and the trophy is shipped to them. Hong Kong is revealed at the Virtual Awards Night, streamed.

Can I nominate someone?

Yes, free. They get an email saying you nominated them and for which award, with a link to apply. Before entries open, the email says when they can apply, and we email them again the day entries open.

Are the dates and venues set?

The dates are set: one night in each city, June to July 2027, and Dubai in November and Riyadh in November, Melbourne first on Thursday 17 June 2027. Sydney, Frankfurt, Toronto and Riyadh have their month; the dates follow. Venues to be confirmed. Reserve your seat now. We email you when tickets release.

What do winners get?

The digital trophy, the Winner badge and a press release the moment you are revealed, the trophy handed over on stage, the winner’s window decal, the LinkedIn banner, an article, an interview, and an invitation to the Global Final in Las Vegas, to become an EXPY Icon. The full list is above.
