A night to be recognised and remembered.

The Executive Awards night is one room, for one night, in every city on the tour. A seated dinner and dessert at rounds of ten, the standard drinks package poured all night, the opening show, the awards, a headline performance, then the closing act. A photographer works the photo wall from the doors to the last song, every winner is named on stage and filmed walking up, and the trophy and the plaque are handed over in the room.

Day one

Stay your way.

You do not have to take any of it. Add the room, add the car, add both, or arrive under your own steam. Each one you add lands in the running total at the foot of the screen, and none of it is charged today.

Day two

The night.

The hour before the doors is the hour the night is on. You walk into a five-star room with a photographer already working.

    You are dropped at the door

    Not at a car park two streets away. The chauffeured transfer is one of the things you can add, door to door, there and back.

    The red carpet

    A photograph and an interview on camera before you have said a word to anyone. You leave with both.

  • The room itself

    A five-star room

    Rounds of ten, candelabras lit, the stage waiting. Five star is the standard every city is shortlisted against, and the venue is named the day it is signed.

  • 6:30 pm

    Opening drinks

    The bar is open and already paid for, the photo wall is working, and everyone in the room is there for the same reason you are.

The hour before the doors is the hour the night is made in. You walk into a five star room with a photographer already on you, sit down with a crew who ask the questions you actually want to answer, and come out with a portrait, a vertical cut of the interview and your name on the media wall. The press and the podcast hosts are in that room, and so is everybody else worth meeting. Then the doors open on dinner and dessert at rounds of ten, cocktails from the bar list, top shelf poured all night if you add it, and an after-party built for the room with an act worth staying up for. No coverage is promised. The time, the pictures and the film are yours.

Day three

Private Events.

The morning after the night, run as three rooms of its own. You are in one of them.

  • VIPs

    A VIP seat is the front of the room and the VIP lounge beside it, with top shelf already poured, so the bar is never a decision you make on the night.

    Away from the room, the VIP list is the one the private events are run for: the car that collects you and takes you home, the Press Party before the doors, and the after-party after the closing act. Centurion is that same list with everything the city offers on it, and there are only twenty of those a night.

  • Icons

    Every regional winner on the tour is invited to The Expys Global in Las Vegas, and three are crowned there: the Global Expo of the Year, and an Icon in each of the other two houses.

    The Mastermind Breakfast is theirs, and so is the table at it.

    What else an EXPY Icon is given is not settled yet.

  • Global Group Days

    The tour is ten cities, and in each of them the day after the night belongs to the room rather than to the programme. A group day is the outing you would normally have to plan yourself, run instead with the people you sat with the night before.

    The Expys Golf Day is the first of them: eighteen holes in Melbourne, New York, London and Dubai, with other guests and winners. The course is confirmed with the venue and named then.

    No other group day is confirmed yet.
