Two of three
Every night, and every city.
The Executive Awards is won country by country. Each night reveals that country’s winners live on stage; Hong Kong is revealed at the Virtual Awards Night, streamed, which runs for every region; every country winner is invited to the Global Final in Las Vegas, to become an EXPY Icon. In the USA, winners are named in two regions: East, revealed in New York, and Central & West, revealed in Dallas. Both go on to Las Vegas.
Do I have to be there to win? No.
Voting happens online, and the vote decides. Every country’s winners are revealed live on stage at that country’s night, and online the same moment, whether or not the winner is in the room. Finalists are invited to attend. A winner who cannot be there is revealed online the same night, with the digital trophy, the Winner badge, the press release and a film of the award being presented on stage in their name, and the trophy is shipped to them. Hong Kong is revealed at the Virtual Awards Night, streamed.

Every live night is set up the same way, for 250 guests: a raised stage with an LED wall, two side screens, rounds of ten, the bar, a VIP lounge and the red carpet to the photo wall. Venue to be announced.
