One of four
What the entry asks you.
Your country, your category, and the one number that decides your band: declared annual revenue. Then the story, in your words.
If you can be sacked by someone who is not you, you belong in the Executive Awards.
Step 01
You
Your name, email and country (one of the 8), a photo, and your LinkedIn profile. The LinkedIn profile is required: every entrant has one.
Step 02
Your business
The business name and website, when it started trading, the people in it including you, and last financial year’s revenue in US dollars, which sets your band: Rising Star, under us$1 million; Established, us$1 million to us$5 million; Leading, us$10 million plus. Revenue alone sets the band. Headcount is asked for your entry page and never moves you up or down.
Step 03
Your categories
Your industries at your band, plus the trade, journey and business awards that are honestly yours. As many as fit, each its own entry at US$99. Creator Entrepreneur, Creator of the Year and the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creator awards also ask for your profile on the platform.
Step 04
Your story
What you built, and what changed because of it. People read it before they vote. Then a one line revenue declaration.
The rules that make the band hold
They exist so that the person who tells the truth about their size is not the one who loses.
- Self-declared on the entry, for your most recent completed financial year, in US dollars at the rate on the day you enter.
- You sign a one line declaration, the same weight as the show entry already on this site.
- The ratchet. You may move up a band in a later year. You may never move back down.
- Revenue alone sets the band. Headcount is asked for your entry page and never moves you up or down.
Two of four
What it takes to win.
The Expo Awards are voted by the people who walked the floor, which limits itself and is easy to defend. A founder’s audience is their own customers and their own followers, so the vote is built to reward support, not list size: a threshold to qualify, bands so you only meet businesses your size, and every vote checked before it counts.
The entry fee pays for your page, never for the result. It does not buy a finalist place or a mention. The vote finds the finalists and decides the winner.
01
Qualify, on a threshold
Anyone may vote, one vote per verified email per category, counted only when the link in the email is clicked. A paid entrant qualifies at 25 verified votes. That is the whole test. Vote 26 and vote 2,600 are worth exactly the same, and no running total is ever published. Your page says Qualified, or how far off it is, and nothing else.
02
Finalists, then the winner
The vote finds three to five finalists in a category, and the finalist with the most counted votes wins. The count is checked and independently certified, then sealed until the night. Totals are never published.
If your category is thin. A category with fewer than five paid entries rolls into its band champion, so a thin category is never quietly dropped and nobody who paid is demoted. Your entry still competes.

What a win carries.
Every paid entrant gets a kit. Finalists add to it, announced online. A country winner is revealed live on the night, adds the digital trophy and the trophy itself, and is invited to the Expys Global.
The day your entry is paid.

How sharing works
Your card. Your post. Their vote.
These are examples, in each programme’s look. The names are invented and the people in the photographs are not entrants.
Step 01
Your page gets a card
Every paid entrant gets a vote card like these, with your portrait, your name and your award, made for you.
Step 02
You post it
LinkedIn, a text to the people you work with, your Instagram story. The link opens your page with the vote on it.
Step 03
They vote in ten seconds
One vote per person, confirmed by email. Anyone who has seen your work can back you.
