How it is decided
Round 1 of the community vote runs online from 27 September 2026 and closes with entries, 30 July 2027, one vote per person per category, confirmed by email. Votes come from work email addresses, and no more than a quarter of an entrant’s counted votes may come from their own employer. An entrant qualifies at 20 counted votes, and no running total is ever published. The vote finds three to five finalists, the finalist with the most counted votes in Round 2, finalists only, wins, and the result is independently certified.
