One of four
What the entry asks you.
Your country, your category, and the one number that decides your band: headcount of the organisation. Then the story, in your words.
If nobody can sack you, you belong in the Entrepreneur Awards.
Step 01
You
Your name, email, job title and country (one of the 8), a photo, and your LinkedIn profile. The LinkedIn profile is required: every entrant has one.
Step 02
Your organisation
The organisation you work inside and its headcount, which sets your band: Growth, under 100 people; Mid-market, 100 to 999 people; Enterprise, 1,000 people and over.
Step 03
Your categories
Your offices at your band, plus the leadership awards that are honestly yours. As many as fit, each its own entry at US$99. The organisation awards are entered by the organisation. Executive Voice of the Year can also take your profile on one other platform.
Step 04
Your year
What you did this year, in your words. People read it before they vote. Then a declaration that it is true.
The rules that make the band hold
They exist so that the person who tells the truth about their size is not the one who loses.
- Headcount is the organisation you are accountable for, measured on the day you enter, full time equivalents including contractors on the books.
- A country executive of a global group enters on the headcount they are accountable for in that country, not the group total.
- Self-declared on the entry, on a one line declaration. Nobody asks you to prove it.
- The ratchet. You may move up a band in a later year. You may never move back down.
Two of four
What it takes to win.
An executive’s constituency is not customers. It is the market they work in: colleagues, counterparts, suppliers, advisers, recruiters, the people who have sat across a table from them. That is the executive equivalent of having walked the floor, and it can be gated with one rule: a work email.
The entry fee pays for your page, never for the result. It does not buy a finalist place or a mention. The vote finds the finalists and decides the winner.
01
A verified work email, on a corporate domain
Free mail domains are rejected outright and held as a maintained list. The voter declares their employer and their role on the ballot, one vote per person per category, confirmed by clicking the link sent to the work address.
02
The domain cap, at 25 per cent
No more than a quarter of an executive’s votes may come from their own employer’s domain. Votes past the cap are recorded and not counted. This is the whole game. It stops a chief executive emailing four thousand staff, and it forces the support to come from outside the building.
03
Twenty counted votes, as a threshold
Twenty counted votes qualifies an entry. Nothing about the count is ever published, only the word Qualified. The vote then finds three to five finalists, and the finalist with the most counted votes wins, checked, certified and sealed until the night.
If your category is thin. A category with fewer than five paid entries is combined with the nearest broader category in the programme for the vote, so a thin category is never quietly dropped and nobody who paid is left out. Your entry still competes.

What a win carries.
Every paid entrant gets a kit. Finalists add to it, announced online. A country winner is revealed live on the night, adds the digital trophy and the trophy itself, and is invited to the Expys Global.
The day your entry is paid.

How sharing works
Your card. Your post. Their vote.
These are examples, in each programme’s look. The names are invented and the people in the photographs are not entrants.
Step 01
Your page gets a card
Every paid entrant gets a vote card like these, with your portrait, your name and your award, made for you.
Step 02
You post it
LinkedIn, a text to the people you work with, your Instagram story. The link opens your page with the vote on it.
Step 03
They vote in ten seconds
One vote per person, confirmed by email. Anyone who has seen your work can back you.
